Log in to our website with your registered phone number and go to My Profile. Open the Your Orders tab, select the order you want to return, go to the order detail section, and click the Return button for the item you wish to send back.

Yes, provided the order is not yet packed or ready for dispatch. Once the status moves to "Ready for Dispatch," the cancellation option will be disabled.
